Why do you charge a setup fee to obtain the land, i’ve seen other estates charging nothing or around 1L$?
An estate, just like any other private company, has to operate on a profitable income level, or it will be forced to shut down. While some estates achieve good earnings by giving away land at almost no cost – commonly priced for 1L$, they also usually end up charging you higher usage fees than for what it’s worth. It generally means you buy the land for a small price but as long as you hold it, you’ll continuously pay more. By this method, you think you’ve saved greatly at paying a small upfront cost, but you’ll realize that your investment has turned into a financial burden in the long run.
At Lionheart we believe, customer loyalty should be rewarded. This is the reason why we prefer to have an upfront charge, but give you a fair and reasonable tier rate so you’ll save money by owning land with Lionheart on long term, compared to most of the “cheap” 1L$ parcels you’ll find around the grid. Do i need a Premium Account?
No, a cost-free Basic Account is all you need. You don’t have to pay tier or any other fees to Linden Lab.
I have a Premium Account. Can i use my free 512sqm Tier for Land at your estate?
No. Linden Lab’s Tier System works independently from ours. Your free tier for a 512sqm starter plot can only be used on mainland. If you do not want to own mainland, you even could cancel your premium account, as a free basic account is everything you need to own land with Lionheart.
Do you have the cheapest prices?
We are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive land provider. Our prices are competitive and designed to guarantee that your land will be there when you login tomorrow. Different than many other estates on the grid which sell land on single standing sims with no neighboring sims, Lionheart is forming a contiguous continent of many connected sims. Therefore, we do not sell low occupied sims during low seasons as other estates usually do.
Your tier rates are shown weekly. Can I pay monthly as well?
Yes you can. In fact, you can pay just as you like, independent from any fixed payment schedule. Our system is completely flexible, you can pay at any time as little or as much as you want, from 1L$ upwards. Our system will credit you the corresponding amount of time you’ve purchased to your account.
