Lionheart offers you gorgeous residential land, each parcel individually shaped and located in an unique surrounding.

All our sims are forming part of a contiguous continent, providing you with lots of places to go and enjoy.  Discover the continent, travel by car, boat or even railroad! Go shopping, relax at the beaches of our coastline, enjoy your Second Life to the fullest!

Parcels are separated from each other to give you some space and privacy. Our covenant‘s building code and our systems are protecting you against banlines and other eyesores. Our 24h sim performance monitoring allows us to identify laggy appearances and react on them in a timely manner.

Full Ownership Features

Upon Purchase, the land goes into your ownership, giving you full control about the land and media options. You can freely resell your land or deed it to a group if you wish to do so.

Choose your Neighbourhood

Lionheart actually offers two residential zonings:

• Residential I
  These parcels are offering a double prim bonus. Means, a parcel of this category can hold the double amount of prims than a standard parcel of this size could do. Parcels zoned this way usually share a sim with low lag commerce parcels.
• Residential II
  Pure Residential Land offering a prim bonus. These parcels have a bigger surface than our double prim parcels. A protection zone of at least 4 meters must be maintained between parcel boundaries and main building structures (such as walls, houses etc).

Growth Potential and Diversion

Owning Land with Lionheart means for you, to forget worrying about growing out of space or being stuck with the land you have even if you would love to have change of scene.

You have all options open: Either to move to a bigger parcel, or request your parcel to be merged with an adjoining one (if available and the local conditions permit a fusion).

As only provider on the market, we are even able to allow our customers to do parcel swaps as often as they wish and whenever they want. Our modern estate management system allows our customers to perform parcel swaps autonomously without any staff attention required. The value of your left tier time will be credited automatically to your new parcel, and if you have paid a purchase price for your land, it will be taken into account as well (Please read the covenant for conditions and instructions).
