As land at Lionheart is ownership and not rent, you can set your land for sale for other residents, if you decide anytime to leave your land.
- Open the About Land Menu: Menu › World › About Land…
- Click the button Sell Land…
- Set the price for which you want to sell
- Select Anyone in the Sell the land to field (or choose a specific avatar if you have a buyer already)
- Decide if you want to sell your land with the objects on it (Only will work with transferable objects)
- Click the button Set Land for Sale to confirm your action
You may also use advertising tools like XStreetSL or the SL Advertising tools to attract easier clients to your plot, spread the mouth between your friends etc.
You are allowed to put a decent For Sale sign on your plot to advertise it visually. Please don’t use rotating or floating signs, as they are not allowed by our covenant.
