Our 6th Sim, Lionheart Pumbaa, has finally opened for the public and the parcels are available for sale 
Pumbaa is zoned “Commerce II” and has a double prim allowance like our previous sims.
It will also get within the next days a community center where we’ll hold our future townhall-meetings with a public stage for events and a small street cafe
