Dear Customers! Our newest Sim, Lionheart Sarafina, has opened its “doors” for everyone now and is ready for sale! Sarafina offers double prim allowances on: 9 Commerce Parcels 16 Residential Parcels Commerce parcels are roadside. The residential parcels are categorized as lakeside, grassy islands, hillside and hilltop. Lionheart Sarafina will be the entrance [...] Dear DataCenter Tenants, since around two months we face a serious lag issue at Lorrey sim, where the data center is located. One of the neighbours has setup a lot of laggy stuff on his parcel and additionally installed an army of bots with extremely high ARC (Avatar Rendering Cost) avatars which causes that [...] We gladly announce, that our third sim, Lionheart Simba has been released and is available for purchase. The parcels have, like the previous Lionheart Sims, a 100% higher prim allowance than on normal land. It is designed as mixed commerce/residential community with a big lake, connecting to Lionheart Sim with a waterfall. Please take [...] As promised in my previous entry (read it here), i’ll keep you updated about news on the actual ongoing issue with the Simowners at Ruwart Sim. Yesterday, without previous advice or asking the landowners, the simowner cutted down the prim allowances for every parcel at Ruwart, which affects not only Lionheart, but also as well our neighbours Union Micro and KV Headquarters. They sent out a notecard, shouting and insulting at us, blaming us that its our fault that the sim ran out of prims and we’re “hiding prims” everywhere to make him suffer. Some of you remember that Lionheart once ago was forced by sim owners to leave their sims and look for a new place, as they changed their conditions from one day to another without warnings which made it hard to keep up the same prices for Lionheart Tenants so we decided to leave our old place (See this article). We was happy to have found the Ruwart sim where we established a beautiful new resort for our tenants and also opened a very nice and successful convention center.
