As the old twin elevators has rarely been used together in the same moment, we’ve installed a single elevator system now. It has been designed exclusively for Lionheart and has a bigger capacity than the old cabins. The new elevator has a more modern shaft and fits perfectly into the resort’s building structure. The whole [...] The old underground parking lot, which only allowed a prim cap above it which was the old main entrance and landing point of Ruwart Resort, has been removed completely. Now our residents and visitors will find a nice public park there, with lot of green spaces, an open air chess game, beach access, and benches [...] As you know Second Life, things can change very often, like for example business locations, changing parcels or selling lands to move to a better location. This is not only a very big logistic act everytime, as also a big risk for the data integrity of your server centralized business servers. [...] Dear Lionheart Tenants, unfortunately, i have been informed yesterday by the SIM-Owners (Cove Islands), that they cancelled the condition contract with Lionheart and applied new Conditions for tier costs (maintenance costs for the SIM’s and profits for the SIM Owners). They applied the new conditions immediately without inform me in advance nor ask for my [...] [25/10/2007] The renovation of the shops of the 1st floor is completed and the design of the central area with the escalator scenery has changed to grant a better view from the landing spot to every floor.
