The most safe way is to open a support ticket. Our inworld-staff will be notified about your new ticket and can help you as fast as possible.


Please note, that we’re only able to assist you with your pre-sales questions, your parcel, region or your contract here at Lionheart. Our support does not provide support for questions regarding your Second Life account, about how to use Second Life,viewer-related issues or for products you may have purchased from another resident. Please check out the correct support resources for these kind of issues.

Service Guarantee

We dont’t just talk about service. Lionheart really offers a quick and trustable service, which we are very proud of. For this reason, we give all our landowners a service guarantee, for every support ticket submitted through our website. If we don’t answer your support ticket within 24 hours, you will receive a free week of tier credited to your parcel (If you own more than one parcel, the credit will apply to the smallest one).

Customer Support for Landowners

You own land or have rented a rental object with us and need help? Please contact our Account Managers (click button on the left edge).


To be able to grant you a reliable support service, we would like to ask you to not contact us via IM (Instant Message) inworld. IM’s can get lost due to being away from keyboard and logging off and also, our staff members may not be on duty when you IM them. In every case, please use your parcel’s service terminal to call for an online staff member, or use our website support system alternatively, so we can guarantee you attention as soon as possible.
