As announced in our last townhall meeting, we have prepared a very special gift for our most loyal residents this year!
We at Lionheart believe in giving back to those, who support us and believe in us for a long time. This is the reason, why we have initiated our bonus program back in 2009, and updated it in 2011.
Now, we have decided to give our bonus program another update, adding more levels (top level before was 2 years – 720 days, after which you have reached the top level) and alltogether more bonus volume (10% was the maximum loyalty bonus before, now 20%).

As every year, we’d like to remind you before you leave for holiday season and spend some special days offline with your real life loved ones, to pay up your parcel(s) before you log off for a while, to not find your land taken back when you return and your home/business gone.
You can always pay as much in advance as you like. Either by using one of the 4 pre-populated buttons for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks (shown in red on the image below), or by entering a free amount of your choice into the field shown in the green frame on the image below. The system will automatically translate your amount into the corresponding amount of time added to your contract.
Alternatively, you can also pay via PayPal or setup a PayPal subscription, to never forget a tier payment again! Simply use the corresponding option in your terminal’s payment menu.

Dear Residents,
A few weeks ago, Linden Lab has upgraded all private estate sims to 20,000 prims at no charge (from 15,000), with an optional upgrade to 30,000 prims (for a fee, of course).
As announced at the last Townhall and on our blog post, we have now purchased the first upgrade to 30,000 prims!
Lionheart Pumbaa was the first one, and we will see how the acceptance of the large amount of prims will be, specially for new customers, as the upgrade comes with a slightly higher tier fee on that sim to make up for the increased monthly sim price. We will decide whether to upgrade more regions to 30,000 prims in a few weeks time, based on the experiences we collect on Pumbaa.
We’re happy to let you know that existing Pumbaa Landowners will not be charged for the prim upgrade, despite the increase in monthly region tier price. Enjoy your free, additional prims! This counts for as long as they hold their parcel with us. Upon returning a parcel to Lionheart, the special conditions on that contract will be forfeited and the normal tier fees will apply to any new contract on that parcel afterwards.
Lionheart – More prims than anywhere else!
Did you know, that Lionheart already is the number one choice for the primhungry avatar? Since our first sim back in 2008, we have provided our residents with up to 200% the amount of prims compared to a standard sim. Now, with that 30,000 Prim-Upgrade, that number raises to 233%!

As announced on our last townhall meeting on November 6th, 2016, everyone has now a 33% higher prim allowance on their land, at no additional cost!
You can check your new prim allowance by opening your About Land menu, Objects tab.
As said, these prims are provided to you at no additional charge, so just enjoy them for more detailed decoration on your houses or more products at your store!

You thought that was all of the good news? No, we have more good news coming up soon!
In the next weeks, we will evaluate the possibility of purchasing upgrades for our sims, adding even more prims to your parcels, as soon as we receive more information from Linden Lab regarding this topic. These “on-top-of-the-today’s-prim-allowance-raise” prims we will have to charge slightly higher tier fees for, since we will be billed for them by Linden Lab. However, the very cool thing here is for you: Your existing contracts will not be charged extra either!
One of our promises given to our customers in the covenant is, that we will never raise your tiers if we are not forced higher fees upon ourselves by Linden Lab. Since that is not the case (we will do the upgrade voluntarily for you), we will not forward these additional fees to you. The slightly higher fees will then only apply to new contracts once we have bought the additional prim upgrade in a few weeks from now.
That means, the land you buy or own today, will keep the “on-top-of today’s-prim-raise”-extra prims for free, as long as you keep your land! Now is the time to get your parcels bought for yourself and your friends! Spread the word! 😉

Dear Residents,
Did you know that you can enjoy up to 100% privacy on your parcel, without having to resort to a skybox?
Simply open the “About Land” menu. On the “Options” Tab, you’ll find the setting “Avatars on other parcels can see and chat with avatars on this parcel”.
Untick it, and nobody can see anyone on your parcel nor “listen” to text chat from outside your land.
If you combine this with the voice chat settings on the “Sound” tab, you’re all set!
